What a fun weekend we had! Jeremy and Stephanie were on vacation in Los Angeles and with them being that close we just had to go down and see them! We headed down friday morning, had a great drive the kids did amazing! We went to Pete's parents house for dinner with his whole family which is always a treat to see those guys. Saturday we hung out at their house, the kids played outside and we made fried chicken and I made my lemon meringue pie then we went swimming a few doors down and Emily's parents. Sunday we got to meet up with Jeremy and Steph and finally got to meet Ezra and squeeze my Addie girl! It was so great! Minus the fact that it was miserably hot and crowded. We went to the Kidspace Museum in Pasadena and then went out to lunch with them. The time was way way way too short but it was so nice to be with them! Waylon and Addie were like two peas in a pod it was so sweet! Then we drove up to Zuma and swam in the ocean. To say the boys had a blast would be an understatement! They loved it! The waves were huge, all our stuff about got swept away at one point that wasn't so fun but lots of memories were made. As we made our way back that night I couldn't help but feel as if my heart might burst as i looked back in the truck and saw my three tired tan boys. They're getting so big and I just wanted to freeze that moment for forever. Anyway, then Monday morning pete's mom was so sweet and made a delicious breakfast for us before we hit the road for a long loud screaming baby drive home :) It was a great trip though!
