The BFF comes to town!
The wait was finally over, I got to spend some real life (not facetime or text time) with the one person who knows all my crazy quirks and awkwardness and still loves me :) We picked the Smiths up from the airport on a Wednesday and were able to just relax and catch up and watch the kids play a little that day and we also got in a really nice beach day and of course Lake Tahoe Pizza Co. And got to go out with just the 4 of us to the classic and delicious La Ferme! Then I had to share them for a few days with their family in northern CA but dont worry, they returned and we got to spend another dayish together, we threw a dinner get together for them so others could come and see them! It of course went by way too fast, I can't believe they're already gone, but I guess you could say distance truly does make the heart grow fonder! Love them and can't wait until we meet again!

ugh, there are a few tears right now. We had SO much fun but wish it didn't go by so fast. The thought that there will be another little dude in the crowd soon makes me sad, since who knows how old he will be when we finally see each other!!!
